You may cancel your participation in the course and receive a full refund of your deposit, up to 60 days before the course start date.
If you cancel less than 60 days before the course date, we will only refund your deposit if we can fill your place. Otherwise you will lose your deposit.
Full payment is due no later than 30 days before the course date. No refunds are possible once full payment has been made, however if there are extenuating circumstances and we are able to fill your place at short notice then we may issue you a full or partial refund. This is entirely at our discretion.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the course as planned, you will receive a full refund.
